At All Family Health Care, we offer Free in-home assessment to our potential and beloved customers. Meeting you or your loved one in person allows us to get a deeper understanding of the needs and objectives. It helps our chart out a comprehensive plan so that we’re able to care for you in a deeper way and enrich your daily life with fruitful experiences.

Our Free In-Home Assessment includes the following:

A visit to the potential client’s home, scheduled as per their convenience.
Assessment of the client, from their mental to their physical capabilities.
A thorough safety assessment of every room in the client’s home.
